Disney's California Adventure

After Sunday's half marathon, we spent our last day in the parks at Disney's California Adventure.  We entered through Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa so we missed out on the main entrance fanfare.

After grabbing a bite to eat at the Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Cafe aka Starbucks, we b-lined it to Cars Land.

We moved onto Paradise Pier and hit King Triton's Carousel with sea creature themed "horses".

Riley, Rowan and I went for a spin (literally) on Mickey's Fun Wheel!  We opted for a stationary gondola versus a swinging gondola!

 We then ran into Woody and Buzz Lightyear on the pier!

From there we headed to "a bug's land" where there were lots of cute rides perfectly suited for Rowan!

While Mr. PS took the girls on Heimlich's Chew Chew Train...

Riley and I used FASTPASSES for Radiator Springs Racers!  This was probably my favorite ride in the park, really well done.

  

 We took a break for lunch and sat outside at Wine Country Trattoria.

 After lunch we headed to Hollywood Land and met some characters!

After all the character interaction and seeing Disney Junior-Live on Stage! we called it a day and headed back to the hotel to collapse!  About three days in any Disney park is all that we can handle!

After last year's Easter weekend trip to Disney World and this trip to Disneyland, we're good for at least five years or more!
