NHA Festival of Trees
Yesterday we visited the Nantucket Historical Association's Festival of Trees at the Whaling Museum. The annual exhibit ran from December 4th through today and is always a highlight of our holiday season!
I also loved this one from a local builder, made up of Nantucket Island shaped wood.
Rowan loved the Barnaby Bear tree by local author, Wendy Rouillard.
The Nantucket Monogram tree...
Rowan was very busy completing her scavenger hunt!
A painted "tree" with the three Nantucket lighthouses from local artist, Greg Hill.
The former lens from Sankaty Head Lighthouse...
We'll be back next year!
Local citizens, businesses and organizations can sponsor a tree to decorate. The trees are on display throughout the Whaling Museum.
The Bartlett's Farm Veggie Tree was my favorite!I also loved this one from a local builder, made up of Nantucket Island shaped wood.
