Pile on the Miles Final Tally
Since my last Run Eat Repeat's Pile on the Miles update, I clocked another 34 miles for a total of 76 miles for the month of November. Sadly I earned a C since my goal was to run 100 miles. I ended up with an adduction (groin) strain after my November 8th half marathon which has really slowed me down.
Here's what the rest of the month looked like...
November 11- spin class (13 miles)
November 12- ran 7 miles
November 13- elliptical (47 minutes), strength
November 14- rest day
November 15- ran 8 miles
November 16- elliptical (47 minutes), strength
November 17- elliptical (47 minutes), strength
November 18- spin class (13 miles)
November 19- spin class (15 miles)
November 20- elliptical (47 minutes), strength
November 21- elliptical (47 minutes), strength
November 22- ran 5K race + 4 miles
November 23- elliptical (47 minutes), strength
November 24- spin class (15 miles)
November 25- elliptical (47 minutes), strength
November 26- ran 5 mile race
November 27- ran 7 miles
November 28- elliptical (47 minutes), strength
November 29- bike (30 minutes), strength
November 30- elliptical (47 minutes), strength
We'll see how things go injury and weather-wise, hoping to the Jingle Bell Half on the 12th! For those that might be interested, Run Eat Repeat has a 25 Days of Fitness Challenge for December.
