Menu Monday and Weekend Scenes
Wow, has it really been a week since I last checked in? Lots of exciting stuff going on here at Chez PS which I'll fill you in on soon!
It was an action packed weekend with four, yes FOUR basketball games and Cycle for Survival in between! This was our third year participating in Cycle for Survival in Boston. I posted about last year's event here and shared some info about this wonderful organization.
We checked in bright and early at 7:30am to the Equinox in the financial district...
While we're a part of Mr. PS's corporate team, our family commandeered two of their ten bikes this year. I cycled for four hours, Mr. PS cycled for the first two hours with me and Riley and Reagan each cycled for one hour. Rowan supported the team!
As far as basketball, these girls are in their regional Catholic Athletic League playoffs and two tournaments...and they keeping winning!
My girl with the ball!
Here's what's cooking this week...
Monday- Spinach, Tomato, Mozzarella Stromboli
Tuesday- Dirty Rice with Turkey
Wednesday- Tomato Soup & Grilled Cheese
Thursday- Sloppy Joes
Friday- Homemade Spinach & Tomato Mac N' Cheese
Saturday- TBD
Sunday- out after basketball
Have a great week!

They're usually not awake this early on the weekend!
We are a lucky bunch and genuinely want to help others have a happy ending too!
We're thrilled to report that our family raised almost $11,000 this year and $33,000 over the past three years for rare cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering in NYC. 100% of all donations go straight to research, this research will benefit cancer patients worldwide! As far as basketball, these girls are in their regional Catholic Athletic League playoffs and two tournaments...and they keeping winning!
