Menu Monday

Happy Marathon Monday!  It's a three day weekend here in Massachusetts and the kids are off this week which is awesome!  We're often away this week, but it's nice to be home for a change and just enjoy spring in New England.

It was a fun Easter weekend, but I'm having some technical difficulties downloading photos so just popping in to share our menu for now!  So here it is...

Monday- Pork Tenderloin Roast, Sweet Potato & Cauliflower Mash, Green Beans
Tuesday- Angel Hair & Meatballs, Salad
Wednesday- Meatball Subs
Thursday- Crock Pot Chicken Fajitas & Mexi Rice (hold the tortillas)
Friday- Spinach, Tomato & Mozzarella Stromboli, Salad
Saturday- out
Sunday- Riley's Confirmation
