What's the Scoop Wednesday

Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams
Charleston, SC

We hit Jeni's Splendid while we were in Charleston.  Jeni's has eight scoop shops nationwide, but none in New England so I was all too happy to find one while on vacation!
Jeni's offers a single scoop for $5 or 2 half scoops for $5.  They offer a kid's half scoop with sprinkles for $4 and a flight of three half scoops for $6, perfect for sampling multiple flavors!
They also have three sundae options for $7 each.
Rowan had a kid's scoop of the Milkiest Chocolate.
Reagan tried the Salted Peanut Butter with Chocolate Flecks.
Mr. PS had a flight of Wildberry Lavender, Roasted Strawberry Buttermilk and Brambleberry Crisp.
I tried the Peach Lassi Buttermilk Frozen Yogurt...so glad I did!
Riley opted for the Strawberry Betty sundae which included Brown Butter Almond Brittle Ice Cream, Strawberry Sauce, Toasted Coconut,  Raw Honey Whipped Cream and Hip Hop Sprinkles!
Sundaes come with a waffle "convo cookie"...
Jeni's ice cream is dense and flavorful, meant to be savored.  You won't find towering cups or cones filled with ice cream, it's definitely quality over quantity here!  Want to try it for yourself?
