Red Sox Opening Day Dinner

I love a good theme...birthdays, holidays, really any reason to celebrate!  I'll take it and run with it!  Yesterday was no exception, it was the Red Sox home opener at Fenway against the Washington Nationals.

The weather was perfect, 70 degrees and sunny at 3:05!
Tom Brady's first pitch with a proud Coach Belichick looking on...
The Red Sox won 9-4, definitely reason to celebrate!
We opted for beer braised (chicken) sausage, peppers and onions on sub rolls with a side of nachos and cheesy sauce!
Hood Fenway Fudge helmet sundaes for dessert of course!
It's early in the season, but with a 5-2 record, they're off to good start!  Go Sox!
