I won the lottery!

Okay, not the real "lottery".  I won the New York Road Runners United Airlines NYC Half  entry lottery!  Yes, this race is so popular that unless you're an elite runner or run for a charity you need to enter the lottery to get a bib.

I considered running for a local charity and haven't totally ruled it out, I just don't want to take away from our February Cycle for Survival fundraising.

I'm super excited for this one, the course starts in Central Park and ends near Battery Park.  Now we need to decide if we're all going.  I really would love to take the kids.  The big kids have been to NYC a few times, but Rowan hasn't been yet.  We'll see, let the playing begin!
