What's Cooking Wednesday

Happy Christmas Eve Eve!  We're pulling together the final details for Christmas day here at Chez PS.  Lots of cleaning here today and tomorrow we'll be busy setting the table, making lasagna for our Christmas Eve gathering and attending Mass of course!

Here's what's cooking for Christmas...

Breakfast (after presents, but before stockings)

Farmer's Casserole
Stollen (ours is store-bought, but you can make it)
Fresh Fruit

Once we're cleaned up from breakfast and the gift giving, I'm hoping to hit the road for a run.  Our parents will arrive around 1:00 so I should have plenty of time.

Beef Tenderloin with Bernaise
