It's Monday again and I'm sad to say that we're winding down here! Mr. PS arrived on island Friday night and is officially on vacation with us until our August 24th departure.
It's been unusually hot and humid here so the beach was a must on Saturday.The Preppy Stitch, it's been my constant beach companion!
After the beach, we showered and got ready for dinner at Galley Beach...
Galley is known for their beach dining and amazing sunset views...Cliffside Beach Club...
Boston Pops on Nantucket at Jetties Beach. That didn't stop all of the boats from dropping anchor to enjoy the concert and fireworks from the water...
I started with a salad with roasted beets, jericho lettuce, grapefruit, sunflower seeds, manchego and a togarashi-rice wine dressing.
Mr. PS thoroughly enjoyed his filet mignon, fingerling potatoes, kale and carrots with wagyu butter!
So as we wind down here, I'm trying to use up what's left in the refrigerator and cabinets. Here's what's cooking this week...

Wednesday- out @Breeze/Cast Party
Thursday- Grilled Chicken Caesars
Friday- out @Station 21
Saturday- Pizza & Salad
