New House Decor

I can't lie, I'm slightly overwhelmed by this house.  The space, the style, it's a blank canvas other than some paint colors that we plan to keep.  I have list for each room of what's going in there and what we need.  The need list is more like a wish list and will be prioritized since we're really taking leap with this house.

Here are a few things we have in mind for the kitchen/family room area...

 Messina Dining Room Table with four LeMans Dining Chairs in Rubbed Gray and a Dorchester 3-Seat Bench in Rubbed Gray in the kitchen nook.

For the family room space, I'm envisioning a light gray tufted sofa facing the fireplace and possibly a love seat along the right wall with an accent chair in the far left corner near the window.  We have french doors to the deck on the left so we need some clearance there.  This room will get a lot of love so I need to carefully choose colors and fabrics that can withstand high traffic.

Lots of options here, especially in this space since our current living room furniture will most likely head to the finished basement!  Any advice or suggestions?
