Menu Monday and Weekend Scenes

Happy Monday!  The kids have had three snow days in a row here, so we're starting to go a bit stir crazy here.  The snow started on Thursday...

 By Friday, we had a little over a foot...

and were able to have some fun in it!

I ran out to the gym Saturday morning after at home workouts both Thursday and Friday.  Mr. PS whipped up some Cinnamon French Toast for the troops...

We ran a bunch of errands and did the grocery shopping on Saturday knowing we were in for more snow on Sunday.  We also took advantage and went out for dinner at family favorite, Babbo, in Boston.

 They have the best pizzas...

 and some tasty desserts too!

I snuck out to the gym before the snow started on Sunday and then we went into snow day mode...sporting loungewear, snacking and relaxing by the fire.

The kids are home again today, but the snow is done and the roads weren't too bad when I scooted to the gym this morning.

Monday- Cheese Tortellini Soup
Tuesday- Homemade Heart-Shaped Pizza
Wednesday- Kielbasa, Pepper, Onion and Potato Hash
Thursday- Chicken Parm Meatballs with Angel Hair or Zoodles & Salad
Friday- Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas
Saturday- out
Sunday- family bowling outing & dinner
