Menu Monday and Weekend Scenes

Happy Martin Luther King, Jr. Day!  We woke up to a couple of inches of snow which looks quite pretty!

Thursday- Thai Turkey and Green Bean Rice Bowls
Friday- Chicken Ropa Vieja
Saturday- Guys @Bruins, Girls' Night In
Sunday- School Fundraiser @Bertucci's

Somehow our three day weekend has flown by!  It included watching two basketball games...

 We learned that Rowan likes to be in the driver's seat...

Finally, we discovered that the Prius trunk has enough room for one 5'10" Riley!  Unfortunately it doesn't fit our party of five very comfortably.

After clocking almost 3 miles around the Auto Show, we hit a nearby Rosa Mexicano for dinner.  I'm always skeptical of chain restaurants, but this was excellent!
