Happy Columbus Day!  Hopefully you're enjoying a three day weekend!  Just popping in with this week's menu...we're off to Boston today for the Tufts 10K and then back to the city later for a Red Sox game that was postponed due to rain yesterday.

Thursday- Bison Burgers, Steak Fries & Salad
Friday- Skinnytaste Baked Chicken Parmesan
Saturday- leftovers
Sunday- out
