I'm back with another resolution update. I shared my resolution here back on January 3rd and gave an update last Tuesday here.
This week was flat, no loss, but no gain. I suspected this is what would happen so I need to stay focused and be a little extra vigilant. Perhaps the tortilla chips and homemade guacamole before the Pats game on Saturday didn't help or the slice of pumpkin pie on Friday night. Did I mention the red wine?
Good decisions are definitely in order this week!
