Wow, it's Tuesday again which means that it's time for a resolution update. Once again, I posted my original resolution here back on January 3rd and have been sharing my weekly progress.
After holding steady last week, I'm down a half pound this week for a total of 3.5 pounds lost. It's slow going and harder than I thought it would be, but I'm sticking to my plan of losing 8-10 pounds.
Again, this is all diet and nutrition centered. My exercise calendar is full! So off I go this week knowing that I can do this by focusing on good choices!
